Rick Caro is the President of Management Vision, Inc., a leading consulting firm specializing in the club industry. It provides management expertise to clubs, real estate developers, hospitals, hotels, resorts, appraisers and to the courts as an expert witness. Management Vision is widely regarded for its feasibility studies, business plans, loan proposals, valuation of the worth of clubs, assistance in the buying and selling of clubs, operational analyses of existing clubs and financial acumen. It has experience with small- and large-sized clubs, single-activity and multi-sport facilities, suburban and urban sites, owned and leasehold properties and start-up and take-over business situations throughout the U.S. and other countries. Mr. Caro also founded Club Market Vision, Inc., a sister company, to provide strategic and marketing consulting, industry and club member research assistance.

Cher joined the Houstonian Club as fitness director in 2007, and then served as assistant general manager for 10 years before being named General Manager in 2017. She has over 25 years of club management experience, providing direction for managers, trainers, instructors, racquet sports professionals, dieticians, locker room staff, accountants, engineers, HR and IT personnel in large fitness facilities around the country.
She has a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University and is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist.
Cher says her fitness philosophy variety is the spice of life. She currently loves to strength train, participate in yoga, hike and mountain bike. She believes that fitness should be fun and make you feel good on the inside and on the outside. Her adventures have taken her to Nepal where she climbed to the base camp of Mt. Everest with her father and then Machu Picchu with her son.
Her personal time is spent with her husband, Bryan, daughter, Kennedy, son, Gregory and her two dogs Dallas and Peyton.
Greg Cibura is the Chief Technology Officer at Fitness Formula Clubs and leads the strategy, development and delivery of technology for FFC and its 11+ locations in the Chicagoland area. Greg has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, and has participated on many IHRSA technology forums.
His recent focus includes all things cloud: pursuing cross-department data sharing; tearing down data silos; gamifying data for employee performance and retention; expanding and optimizing digital marketing efforts through relentless testing; analyzing and implementing metrics for effective member retention; and strategically putting technology into the hands of department heads.
Greg is a life-long learner, and is very passionate about the intersection of technology and the fitness industry.

Raj is an entrepreneur, scientist, and inventor who currently leads a fast-growing wellness technology start-up Styku. With a BS in Space Sciences, and an MS in Physics, Raj spent much of his academic career focused on learning about the physical world we live in and the universe above. His journey included stints at NASA, where he spent time working in the shuttle program, and later the astrobiology institute for the study of biomarkers. Driven by the possibility of discovering life elsewhere, Raj eventually settled as a research scientist at the California and Carnegie Planet Search lab, where he spent several years in post-grad researching extra-solar planets around other stars. Having come from a family of entrepreneurs, Raj fosters a deep desire to build innovative technology that can help further understanding of the world. Tyler Rice is the owner and operator of Aldous & Associates, PLLC. His work in the fitness industry began in high school, making customer survey calls for his grandfather, Robert L. Rice, a pioneer in the fitness Industry and the former owner of European Health Spa. In college, Tyler worked at Paramount Acceptance as a customer service representative and a collections agent. Tyler took a two year hiatus from work and school to do humanitarian work in Santiago, Chile. In 2009, Tyler graduated from the University of Utah with dual degrees in Economics and International Studies. At this point, Tyler and his partners started Aldous & Associates, a debt collection company that now services over 400 gym locations in nearly all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Tyler works closely to integrate collection strategies with ABC Financial, Jonas Fitness, Motionsoft, and others to streamline the gym collection and retention process. Tyler has guided his collection operations within the fitness industry change such as the term contract to low price high volume and the evolution of social media and gym reputation concern. Prior to founding Zeamo, Paul spent most of his career in the global investment industry. As a managing director at both JP Morgan and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson he ran international equity sales for North America and oversaw the New York, Boston and San Francisco offices. He established and oversaw hedge funds sales at both firms. He began his career in London with Charles Stanley, a London stock-broking firm before joining Kleinwort Benson in 1986 as an institutional equity salesman. In 1990, he transferred to Hong Kong as General Manager for Kleinwort Benson Securities (Asia). He moved to New York in 1993 where he later became head of international equity sales for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
