Troy has over 20 years of experience managing information systems and technology implementations in the fitness, healthcare and casino industries. His focus has been on using technology and digital innovation to anticipate member needs, maximize member trust, and optimize the member lifecycle. Troy's expertise is in information systems security, big data analytics and data warehouse design & implementation. Prior to his role at EOS Fitness, Troy spent five years building casino loyalty, multi-channel digital engagement programs and internal system efficiencies for Silverton Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jeff is a strategist new to the fitness industry but has been in technology since Compaq’s first portable home computer in 1982. Since joining Excel Fitness in 2016 as the Director of Strategy, Jeff has been responsible for scaling the people, process and technology to support its growth from 18 clubs in Texas to 56 clubs across six states. Prior to Excel Fitness, Jeff was a combat arms officer in the Army who moved on to technology and strategy roles at USAA, McKinsey and a variety of start-ups.

Craig Miller has served as Chief Digital & Information Officer of Planet Fitness since September 2017, where he drives the vision and leadership of the Company’s technology innovation as well as managing its digital information systems. Mr. Miller brings more than 20 years of experience in building industry-leading technology systems and innovative customer facing applications within prominent consumer companies. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Technology Officer at Sonic Drive-In, where he was responsible for developing and executing the technology transformation strategies and services, including customer experience, digital engagement, store operations, advanced analytics, and corporate solutions. Prior to joining Sonic, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Movie Gallery/Hollywood Video where he led strategic planning and development for the implementation of a new retail technology portfolio for all business functions. Mr. Miller previously held several senior technology roles at Bank of America, PepsiCo, and a software development firm that specialized in large-scale enterprise solutions and consumer products. Paul Bowman, is a successful and enthusiastic fitness industry professional with experience as an operator globally with Les Mills, Virgin Active & Gymbox and as a supplier. He serves as CEO of Wexer, a company that supplies pre-recorded and live-streamed group exercise and cycling classes to the majority of the top 30 health club groups around the world. As an elite athlete, Bowman competed on the New Zealand National Volleyball team, winning several regional and international titles. He remains dedicated to fitness and sports. Paul contributes actively to the industry as a writer and speaker.

Lauren earned ACC Academic Honor Roll and Intercollegiate Athletic Honor Roll at Maryland. Lauren is a two-time all-American field hockey player, Junior Olympian, and Division I athlete at the University of Maryland, the nation’s top ranked field hockey program. Andrew Kolman Senior Director - Technology & Business Development Johnson Health Tech. Co., Ltd.
Andrew Kolman currently serves as the Global Director of Product Development - Console Technology for Johnson Health Tech, which is headquartered in Taiwan with its global marketing headquarters near Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, he oversees all aspects of product development, strategic partner management and product strategy for technology products across all brands in the Johnson portfolio. Johnson Health Tech develops and manufactures a wide assortment of fitness equipment for both commercial and residential use. The company’s products include treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes and strength training equipment, and its brand portfolio contains Matrix, Vision and Horizon Fitness. Previously, Andrew spent two years as Senior Product Manager–Console Technology for Johnson and five years as Product Manager–Treadmills for Johnson in both the commercial and retail channels. Before that, he spent nearly seven years in an engineering capacity working in various industries, including automotive and industrial hydraulics. Andrew earned his degree in marketing from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Mike Leveque COO MYZONE, Inc.
With over 30 years’ experience in the global Health & Fitness industry, Mike Leveque is the Chief Operating Officer of MYZONE. After working at a 17 acre multisport health club in Southern California for 5 years, Mike spent 18 years with Core Industries/Star Trac, where he held various positions in sales, sales operations and finance. In 2004, he moved to the UK to look after the company's European operations as EMEA Managing Director. During this time, he opened subsidiary offices in Spain, Germany and France and developed third party distribution in the rest of Europe and Africa. In 2010, Mike was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Unisen Inc, dba Star Trac, where he lead the private equity based transition to its current owner and to the new corporate entity of Core Industries. Mike left in 2011 to become a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of MYZONE. Mike holds various advisory and board positions including the Washington DC based National Association of the Promotion of Physical Activity (NCPPA), the IHRSA Innovation and Technology Council and the Active Lifestyle Industry Data (ALID) Consortium. Al Noshirvani, along with his brother, acquired the assets of KI Software in October of 2004 and founded Motionsoft, a club management software pioneer with integrated billing, and back office support services that helps fitness, health, and wellness firms obtain operational excellence with industry leading member insights and analysis tools.
Since the initial acquisition of KI, Al has completed five other acquisitions, raised close to $40 million in venture capital, attracted some of the most well-known brand in fitness as customers, has grown Motionsoft to over 100 employees managing over 2,750 fitness-focused gyms, health clubs, and wellness centers and nearly $3 billion in annual payment processing.

Todd Tweedy, whose professional background spans interactive and direct marketing, online media buying and planning, corporate and industry event planning, public policy, and brand management, is vice president of marketing for Motionsoft, a club software, payment processing, and back office support services firm for the health, wellness, and fitness industries. Todd is also the co-host of the Motionsoft Technology Summit, an annual industry event that addresses the business opportunities of technology in the fitness industry. Todd's core acquisition marketing focus is interpreting, managing, and acting on user generated content and search behavior to guide online content development, conversion optimization testing, social community engagement, and analytics. Adam Zeitsiff is the Chief Information Officer of Gold’s Gym International, the most recognized gym chain in the world with more than 750 locations in 37 states and 28 countries. He is responsible for the leadership of all internal and external-facing information technology, product development, security, and telephony projects that support their 150+ corporate club locations, their Dallas headquarters, and their 7,000+ corporate employees. Adam brings 20+ years of experience operating and growing multiple technology, infrastructure and SaaS companies, including co-founding three technology businesses from concept through a liquidity event. Adam also served as the President of Jonas Fitness, one of the largest business units within JonasSoftware, with 100’s of employees and 1,000’s of customers in the US, Canada and the UK.
